About the A.R.E. Expo

Mission: To promote, organize and produce a real estate convention for agents, brokers and buyers with pre-scheduled trade sales appointments with representatives from properties from across the Americas continents. AREExpo’s main goal is to bring real estate agents and brokers from the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, Latin America, Europe, United Kingdom, Russia and others to conduct business under one venue.
Attendance: Initial response indicates as many as 300 real estate agents and brokers to attend with 100 exhibitors. In addition, approximately 1000 general buying public will be attending the expo.
Schedule: Schedule is one day to Trade - Friday Sep 05 - and One day - Trade and public - Saturday Sep 06
Consumer Buyers: AREExpo is targeting “baby boomers” – retiree's and investors from around the world. Primary target market regions are: the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Russia, Latin America and others. Bringing agents, brokers and buyers to Costa Rica will familiarize attendees to the Latin America region.
Exhibitors: A selection of international companies representing the real estate, financial institutions, mortgage companies, insurance agencies, investors, developers, educational resources, health plan and medical options, tourism associations and airline industries from the Americas continent. Countries such as: Canada, United States, Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas and other Caribbean destinations.
Marketing: AREExpo's marketing plan includes participation in international real estate conventions in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. At these events we will present our expo to potential buyers, investors, agents and brokers attending each event. In addition, AREExpo has scheduled widespread display ad presentations with select major real estate and investor publications. AREExpo has also established an informative search-engine-friendly web site, initiated placement of strategic web site banners and thumb nail ads, and plan repetitive direct mail campaigns to select, upscale lifestyle
recipients. Also, AREExpo has developed affiliations with worldwide real estate associations to further enhance the expo.
Associates: AREExpo is currently working with professional associates throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic, Germany, Panama, Ecuador, Mexico and Costa Rica.

Tim Hall - Executive Producer - Halls experience spans over decades of
management with more than 200 major events - concerts, festivals and major sports events such as the Orange Bowl Parade & Festival, the Super Bowl, the Coconut Grove Art Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival. As General Manager of the Orange Bowl for 5 seasons Hall was
responsible for management, production, security, logistic, food & beverages and more. Hall is currently CEO of Destinations Marketing & Promotions.

Additional campaigns where: Peru Prefers Visa, Central America Prefers Visa, the Bahamas Prefers Visa and the Caribbean Prefers Visa. Anreas-Hall’s organization were pioneers in the new Panama tourism era helping to develop the first Nature, Adventure and Culture program with printed information and marketing worldwide.
